It could be a brief phone call, or a quick coffee during the day or a hurried drink after work...it just takes 10-15 minutes... but the impact is so high.
Yes, I am talking about those few moments snatched from busy schedules to share your ups and downs with your friends.The few words or sentences are good enough to perk up or push the energy levels even higher.In my experience, these moments act as a vitamin and a catalyst to move a person forward.
