Catalysts in our life !!

I was re-reading books featuring Mr. Harley Quin by Agatha Christie.For those who are not familiar with the character, Mr. Quin is a mysterious character, who, with his presence makes things happen around him. He doesn’t do anything magical. He just asks questions or drops some hints and his questions leads to unravelling of some mysteries, or understanding of an unsolved issue- all through others (those who are connected with the issue).

Looking around, we do have people who act like a catalyst in the otherwise hunky-dory life and speed up things or add spice to the life. They question intelligently, they imagine (sometimes, they have an overactive imagination), they create and all this leads to a totally different view about a situation or an object. Life is exciting because of their presence around us. New things materialise because of them. Most of the things are positive and are exciting, but looking from another angle, they may also be the ones to cause trouble, as they may throw stones in the otherwise still and calm water and try to point out issues where there are none. They may provoke people and make them do things which are not proper and are harmful. Not only history, but our day-to-day life is full of such people.

It's important to identify between positive and negative catalysts in our life. One can drive us to better life and other towards a negative spiral!!
