Do you remember a book called "Don't sweat the small stuff"?You know when I last remembered it?
Up in the air while reaching earth through a parachute (part of my skydive),everything on the ground looked so small...the grand mansion, the highways, the luxury cars were, but a dot on the ground..and to think, most of us make a big deal out of all these things. But somewhere these things don't matter at all..
..also the fact that we make our life miserable over small stuff, a meeting which did'nt go well, nasty remarks/mails of other people etc, but if we look at them from a distance, they actually seem to be so frivolous, a bit petty and sometimes plain ridiculous.
So learning for me-which was screaming in my face was- don't sweat the small stuff. It is really very small and inconsequential. The bigger picture is what matters.
