There's so much to learn from younger generation. Whenever I interact with the youngsters (I refer to people younger than me), I am always amazed by their ability to try out new things and look at the world with new eyes. I guess I draw my inspiration to do new things from these bundles of energy and enthusiasm.
From backpacking alone for almost 4 months in unknown territories to actively participating in CSR activities, to leading a dragon boat team, or hiking and walking for 100 kms to skydiving almost every month, these young people whom I know as colleagues in Socgen (Joy Lim who backpacked alone in Europe/US, Canada, and Lorene Latour who does all the above mentioned activities regularly) left me wondering, if there's anything in this world, which cannot be done. The courage, the determination, the stretch of imagination required for making the thoughts a reality, really makes me admire these enterprising young people.
..And talking to them makes my "bucket list" a really long one!!
